Jess, I thought you were going to call me today. :'(
Anyways, I downloaded a bunch of cool stuff for D&D today, and am currently downloading more. Among the stuff I downloaded, there is a sheet of sweet hexagonal combat paper... superior to a square layout, in my opinion, and the perfect character sheet. (by perfect, I mean everything is clear and readable) I'm downloading unearthed arcana, too.
Yeah.
I love you Jess.
It was Starcraft. Starcraft was voted better than Halo on gamefaqs.com... or should I say, gameFAGS.com. Although Starcraft is a very original and intuitive game... Halo can not be beaten. Up to vote soon are Super Smash Bros. Melee, Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.
Boom-diggety boom crash boom.
I got up this morning and said "I miss Jess." I was away for... twelve and a half hours, and I miss her. Thanks for hanging out with me yesterday, hun... I had fun. You said you wanted to hang out today, too? I can just wait in your car during your interview if you want me to.
Well, this bothers me. Ian and Max quit the show yesterday... called about an hour before rehearsal and said they quit the show. We quickly tried to call people and fill them into parts... it just felt... I dunno. It sucks, though. I mean, before, the Rebel had excellent comeraderie and no money... and now that we're getting money... I almost feel like it's falling apart a little bit. Maybe it's just me...
I lost the book I wanted more and won the book I wanted less... but I only wanted the other one more because I had seen it and was looking at it in a store... I'd never looked inside the other one. I won it for $5.50... for a total of 12.90 on the price. Not bad, considering it normally costs $25. That's only a little over half. Perhaps I can download the other one...
Jess and I are hanging out tomorrow. I'm so excited! Jess, why don't we just go to your house after school... rehearsal, I presume, is at Brandon's, and you're MUCH closer to him than I am.
Justin Schrauth was being dumb at rehearsal for some reason.
"Hey, Dane, where were you the other night?"
"I was at the same place as Justin..."
"Yeah, but you didn't call."
"I didn't call because Justin said he'd call for both of us."
"Yes, but it's not his responsibility to call for you."
"But he came up to me and said 'Dane, I'm going to call Schrauth and let him know we're not going to be there on time.'"
"Yes, but it's still not his responsibility."
So, what, Schrauth? Should I have called you, immediately after Justin called you saying that the two of us wouldn't be there, and say "Hey, Schrauth, I'm not gonna be there?" If I'd done that, you would have dismissed it and remarked how stupid it was. What the hell...
Anyways, long story short, I love you Jess.
New day, new day. I still don't know if Natalie is ok with me missing the performance. I don't want to skip out again... I really don't.
I'm still winning on those bids... but now one of them is $.99 and the other is $4.25. Ah, well... I'm willing to go up to six per item... and I'm sure I can get combined shipping with them.
Yeah. I'll hardly see you today, Jess. I'm sad...
I spent all day reading out of my DM's guide. I learned some interesting stuff... particularly stuff about planes and races... There's a huge scratch on the back of that book. It makes me really upset... because I know it wasn't me.
I bidded on a few D&D books on Ebay... The Sword and Sorcery Monster Collection I and II. The bid on both of them right now is $.99. My max bid is only $5.00, because shipping for each is seven-something. Still, that's a pretty damn good deal.
Dane Cook was on Comedy Centrals "Barmitzva Bash." He was pretty funny.
I found my old notepad... In it, I had listed a bunch of sayings that I thought would be good on shirts. I like a few of them...
I guessed it. I guessed what the directors' gifts were. Yeah! I rock!
Jess, wednesday is so far away... I love you.
I want to make that race tomorrow... half-mantis...
It's almost 10:00... I just got home. We were up until 6:00 am, playing Halo and such. We drew a penis on Cullen's face, which was a blast... the guy needs to learn not to go to sleep at -thons.
I'm going to Jess's house to eat dinner between the shows. I think it's dinner... I'm not sure.
Now what should I do...
Rehearsal was fun, again. Chad and Elaine were there... and it was nice to hang around them again. It felt, to me, like they'd never left... as far as how comfortable it was goes.
Then, on the ride home, I was waving my energy in Justin's face... it was funny.
Tomorrow, Darling... tomorrow we can hang out... sort of.
