We had the first auditions for Cinderella today. This is the way I see things:
Everything is still open for change, but some things I'd like to mention are:
I really liked that new little boy, Spencer, as Phillipe. He did it far, far better than anyone else. The next person, after Spencer, was Joe. Also, I loved Mary as Murkatrina and Tania as Oofa. Rachel did a good job as Foxglove... but Natalie also liked Rachel's interpretation of Cinderella. I argued that newcomers usually don't get main parts, and Natalie concluded that Cinderella isn't as big of a role as you might think. Anyways, all of these parts are still in question. The other people that would do well as Cinderella, in my opinion, are Becka, Jess, and Emily. Dan: I liked as the King, but Craig (the new guy that can't read at all) had a strange, sort of "kingly" look to him. We're debating on giving him a chance. The King isn't a big role. I also liked Dan as the Prince, and I think it'd be a good role for him. I liked Jess's performance of the Queen, too.
Like I said, this is all up for debate, as we have another day of auditions left. Zach said he'd be coming tomorrow... and bringing friends. This is a huge turnout for a Rebel show... it's strange. Perhaps we're gaining in popularity. Jess is right that it's a well known piece... but still...
I just started a new game of Final Fantasy Tactics. I saved over my old game. That's right. No more ultima... no more last breath... no more rockseal... no more madeen... no more nagrarok, and no more ebon blade. It's all gone. You know, it was an accident... but after I did it, I'm just like "Oh well. I remember thinking this the first time I started... and I got past where I'd left off." The total time of my previous game was 99 hours and 37 minutes.
Jess and I are hanging out on tuesday. I wish it could be sooner... but then again, we'll only have a few hours that day anyways... because of the show and auditions. I should probably finish reading Cinderella.
Jess and I didn't get to hang out today, because she had to do her project that's due on Freitag. I was sad... We didn't get to hang out much at all this week. :'(
I sat around all day. It's 6:30 and I still haven't done my chores... don't know if and when that'll happen.
Justin and I got first place at the meet. We were so excited.
I got to hang out with Jess yesterday, if only for a little bit. We left Bogey's early so we could get to Perkins and eat. We finished eating just as some of the rest of the cast came in. It was funny.
That legends site is awesome, honey.
The show went pretty well tonight. Not quite as well as last night, but still pretty well.
Don't forget to write that urban legends site on here, baby. I love you... good luck tomorrow... even though I'll see you...
Good luck to Justin and Alex as well, even though Alex never reads this. I'm gonna update the programs.
Our play opened yesterday, and I think it went really well. Here's to hoping the rest of them only get better.
Jess and I are hanging out at her house today. I'm so excited. I just got some money to get her something for tomorrow. That's right, I haven't yet. I've had virtually no time. Anyways, I love her.
I hope I'm not late to school. Justin is going to the thing today, so I'm getting a ride from my mom.
Yeah. This is the first time I've eaten breakfast in a long time.
Stuff.
I'm making programs.
Yay for CliffsNotes.
I love you Jess.
I hope Jess remembers her notes for the book, Great Expectations, today. I want to see them.
Wednesday. Nothing special.
Jess was having a bad day, and I couldn't do anything about it. I mean, I tried to comfort her... but she didn't want to be comforted... I felt helpless.
I pricked my finger on a safety pin when disrobing, and I had the sudden urge to smear the blood on my glasses. I cleaned it off right away, of course.
